The best way to get Black Curse Powder is to farm Unrecorded History Stage 22. Tagehel Ruins in the Epilogue chapter, since you can also buy them from the Side Story AP Exchange Shop.

Events are another great source of Black Curse Powder, as Epic Catalysts can often be exchanged for event currency or claimed as Login Event or Giveaway Event rewards.

The Guild Member Shop will also allow you to purchase lots of Catalysts in general, which include Black Curse Powder and other Epic Catalysts.

Method #1: Farm Unrecorded History Stage 22. Tagehel Ruins (Best Method)

Farming Stage 22. Tagehel Ruins in the Unrecorded History Side Story will allow you to get the most Black Curse Powders out of all the sources listed here.

This is because not only are Black Curse Powders featured as drops in this stage, but they can also be purchased in the Side Story AP Exchange Shop.

One Black Curse Powder costs 400 AP to buy, and you can buy them up to 10 times per week.

Buy only what you need, and make sure to equip pets that increase your AP acquisition rate whenever you farm this stage to maximize your gains.

Method #2: Participate In Events

Events will always be a great source of both Epic Catalysts and Rare Catalysts.

If you want to farm lots of Black Curse Powders in addition to the ones you get from farming Adventure Stages, I suggest you participate in Events often.
