The best place to farm droppable Leather Sheaths is Stage 12. Moonbug Valley of the Epilogue Chapter in the Side Story missions.

You can also buy up to 20 Leather Sheaths per week for 120 AP each from the AP Exchange Shop located there.
Remember to always bring a Pet that increases your AP acquisition rate when Auto-Repeating this stage to make your grind for Catalysts much easier!
Method #2: Participate In Events
Epic 7 x Aespa (Event Page)
You can either grind Event stages to buy Catalysts with Event currencies or claim them outright from Login or Giveaway Events.
Luckily, there is always an Event or two running at any given time in Epic Seven. The chances of you having an additional source of whatever Catalyst you want are pretty high.
Pets can also increase the acquisition rate for Event currencies. Bring them along if you want to farm Event currencies by Auto-Repeating Event stages.
Method #3: Visit Your Guild

The Guild Member Shop is one of the best sources of Catalyst Chests in the game.
You can buy up to 5 Rare Catalyst Chests and 3 Catalyst Chests here every week.
Guild Aid (Leather Sheath)
Guild Aid is yet another useful perk of being a Guild member, as it lets you request up to 2 Rare Catalysts from your guildmates per day!
Rare Catalysts require a lot of grinding to farm, so don’t be a leech and make sure you’re giving some Catalysts back to your guildmates.
