The best way to get Reingar Student IDs is to farm Unrecorded History Stage 5. Tenemir Interrogation Chamber, since you can get them as drops and also buy them from the Unrecorded History AP Exchange Shop.

Side Story Events are also great sources of the Reingar Student ID, as Epic Catalysts can often be exchanged for Event Currencies or claimed as Login Event or Giveaway Event rewards.
The Guild Member Shop will also allow you to purchase lots of Epic Catalyst Chests, which can net you some extra Reingar Student IDs.
Farming Stage 5. Tenemir Interrogation Chamber in the Unrecorded History Side Story will allow you to obtain plenty of Reingar Student IDs for your hero upgrades.
Unrecorded History (AP Exchange)
Not only are Reingar Student IDs featured as drops in this stage, but they can also be purchased from the Unrecorded History AP Exchange Shop.
One Reingar Student ID costs 400 AP to purchase, and you can buy them up to 10 times per week.
Buy only what you need, and make sure to equip pets that increase your AP acquisition rate whenever you Auto-Repeat this stage to maximize your gains.

Events will always be a great source of both Epic Catalysts and Rare Catalysts.
If you want to farm lots of Reingar Student IDs in addition to the ones you get from farming Unrecorded History, I highly suggest you clear other Side Story Events as well.
This is quite easy to do, as you can now play any Side Story event you want by picking them from the Side Story list.
Note: As of Patch 01/26/23, you can now play any Side Story Event you want as long as you’ve already unlocked them.
To unlock Side Story Event Missions, all you need to do is clear Adventure Mode stages. You can only play one Side Story Event at a time.
Replace Side Story (Dear Mentor > Unspoken Truth)
Choosing or replacing a Side Story requires an item called “Change Ticket”. You are given a Change Ticket once every two weeks.

One of the best things you can do as a Guild member is to always visit the Member Shop and purchase items from there.
If you want some extra Reingar Student IDs, you’d want to specifically buy out Epic Catalyst Chests and Catalyst Chests, as these are the ones that give you Epic Catalysts.
