The best way to farm circuitry in Fallout 4 is to loot 12 telephones in Cambridge Polymer Labs, and 2 military-grade circuit boards in Wattz Consumer Electronics.
You can also buy shipments of circuitry from NPCs.

Buying circuitry from NPCs is the easiest way to get it, but also the most expensive.
It’s only worth it if you have a steady income of caps, or a few extra to spare.
