Reworked Irelia, on the other hand, is graceful, stunning, and downright deadly.

She draws you in with her irresistibly smooth animations and otherworldly blade dancing, then leaves with your heart, soul, and… wallet.

Yep – Irelia will leave you dipping into your savings because she has tons of skins that level up her glow by tenfold.

Here are Irelia’s best skins in League of Legends, ranked from “worst” to best (air quotes ‘cus all her skins are gorgeous).

11. Aviator Irelia

Released: November 16th, 2010
Price: 520 RP

Want a skin that’ll leave your heart soaring?

Then Aviator Irelia is the perfect skin; it transforms her into an old-fashioned aviator and her weapons into propeller blades.

She even sports an adorable aviator cap and snazzy boots that are totally made for flyin’.

While this skin doesn’t come with special sound effects – Riot totally missed an opportunity to give her W some copter oomph – it does come with some unique voice lines.

These include good ol’ classics like “coming in to refuel” and “I said tray tables up!”

Now, this skin isn’t perfect.

Irelia’s hair looks pretty clunky, and when her passive is up the propellers strangely look like bananas (a gift from Soraka, perhaps?)

But it is exceptionally unique, and the postcard style splashart is a super cute bonus!

10. Order of the Lotus Irelia

Released: June 3rd, 2015
Price: 750 RP

Order of the Lotus is the cutest Irelia skin by far.

It throws out edgy and refined, and brings in pinks, purples and a splash of petals.

Unfortunately, the particle effects are…. nonexistent (why, Rito?).

And despite being a flower-themed skin, the abilities lack any sort of “floweresque” charm.

But hey, at least this skin will let you drive your enemies blooming mad.

After all, you slaughter their health bar while looking as delicate as a flower.

9. Nightblade Irelia

Released: November 16th, 2010
Price: 520 RP

Nightblade Irelia isn’t the flashiest skin out there.

But it does give Irelia a badass hairstyle and an aesthetic any Naruto fanatic can get behind;

it puts her in traditional ninja attire and gives the blades a dark, edgy vibe (pun intended).

This skin also has some well thought out touches too, from the flowing sleeves to the sleek mask that emits main character aura.

While there’s no fancy recall or emotes, at 520 RP you’re getting unbelievable bang for your buck.

And yep, there’s no deception, trick or catch in that price.

The path of the ninja is just budget-friendly (true MVPs)!

8. Frostblade Irelia

Released: April 30th, 2012
Price: 975 RP

Coming in 8th place is none other than Frostbutt – ahem, Frostblade Irelia.

Besides giving Irelia the best booty in the game – and for famously starting riots when the booty was nerfed – this skin grants Irelia ice queen status.

Her outfit is transformed into sleek, icy armor with shades of purple and blue, and her hair is fashioned into a pixie cut. A neat touch is that her locks of hair are actually icicles, further adding to the frosty aesthetic.

The animations are simple but effective: you slice through your enemies with blizzardy attacks.

Now, this skin certainly has its charms, but I don’t really get a badass vibe from it – a vibe Irelia 100% deserves.

7. Infiltrator Irelia

Released: October 11th, 2011
Price: 975 RP

Infiltrator turns Irelia into a badass vigilante from a sci-fi comic.

I could totally imagine her taking down cyberpunk-looking villains under the cover of the night.

And the last thing they’d see?

Her purple blades and immensely vibrant magenta hair (yep, this skin literally went OTT on the hair dye).

Besides the bold hair choice, Infiltrator Irelia sports a cliché superhero mask and a futuristic leather suit.

Her ability animations are also brimming with sci-fi inspo; she shoots out thunderbolts and her Ionian Fervor summons crackling electricity.

Sadly, this skin’s recall is quite underwhelming – she just floats in the air.

But if you love all things sci-fi or have ever dreamed about being Batman, this skin will definitely infiltrate its way into your heart.

6. Divine Sword Irelia

Released: September 4th, 2018
Price: 1350 RP

Irelia’s fighting style is all about slicing through the enemy with elegance and grace.

So, why not get her a skin that perfectly matches her fighting moves?

Introducing Divine Sword: a skin that bestows Irelia immeasurable charm.

In this skin, Irelia’s bulky, base model armor is replaced with a classy white dress adorned with gold and emeralds.

She also sports knee-high boots and flowing bands that elegantly wrap around her wrists and shoulders.

While her blades take the form of pretty average-looking swords, their looks are upgraded by tenfold once she uses them in combat.

They have a mesmerizing glow and leave a trail of beautiful, golden petals.

The recall animation also adds a much-appreciated touch of fantasy; Irelia summons a golden dragon spirit and rides it all the way back to base (a 5 star Uber trip for sure).

5. Sentinel Irelia

Released: July 8th, 2021
Price: 1350 RP

This skin turns Irelia into a warrior goddess; the outfit is stylish yet apt for battle and she proudly wears a crown-like headdress.

The blades share the same qualities. They have refined, golden hilts but a lethal sharpness that would slice through even the tankiest enemy.

Plus, this skin only gets better once Irelia starts fighting.

Her entire body is encompassed in a light, mystical glow. It truly makes her look like she’s a goddess from the heavens (10/10 waifu material).

The only downside?

The hair is a lil too “cape-like” for my liking, and it definitely doesn’t live up to the wild, flowing locks advertised in the splashart!

Honestly, this skin should probably take a lesson or two from Taric (his locks are pure perfection).

4. PROJECT: Irelia

Released: August 1st, 2019
Price: 1350 RP

PROJECT: Irelia makes Infiltrator look like it belongs in a museum.

It honestly takes futuristic to a whole new level. In this skin, Irelia assumes the identity of a “cybernetic castoff.” She talks like one, fights like one and looks like one;

we’re talking a badass cape, mecha-inspired blades, a neon-pink visor and hovering shoulder guards (ahem, Back to the Future wants its hoverboard tech back, Irelia).

Plus, the animations are a visual treat; each ability has a holographic vibe, and when the passive is active Irelia radiates energy.

The best part of this skin has got to be her recall though.

It’s essentially a battle between her and mini-robots, featuring lasers, holographic shields and all-round badassery. And of course, Irelia comes out on top!

3. PROJECT: Irelia Prestige Edition

Released: August 1st, 2019
Price: Prestige exclusive, 2000 PROJECT tokens

Next up, PROJECT: Irelia Prestige Edition, aka the shiniest and trendiest skin around.

The Prestige version takes the best elements of the basic PROJECT skin – the futuristic aesthetic, mecha-inspired blades and flashy animations – and adds some extra sparkly oomph.

Besides the new sparkly finish, there are a few other neat changes too. Irelia now has a holographic gold cape and a badass bob hairdo.

Her blades are also given an upgrade – they’re bigger, brighter and a whole lot cooler.

Honestly, the Prestige version just outclasses the PROJECT version in every way, especially if you want to blind your enemies with sparkles.

2. iG Irelia

Released: April 23rd, 2019
Price: 1350 RP

Now, usually I don’t expect much from Worlds skins. In my opinion, they tend to be bland and forgettable.

But then the iG skin line came along, and my mind did a 180.

Every single iG skin has the “wow factor,” and iG Irelia reigns as the best of the best.

Her outfit is eye-catching in every way; it’s overloaded with texture, patterns and elegance.

She even has a devilish headdress to top off her look, turning her from 100% elegant to 100% elegantly deadly.

Plus, while many skins make Irelia’s hair look clunky, the iG skin hair is total perfection. It’s got great detailing, shading and the flowy animation is spot on.

Her recall is also without a doubt one of the most beautiful in the game. She “ascends” by climbing a ladder of blades.

And when she reaches the top?

She grows magnificent wings and reaches heights that Aviator Irelia can only dream of.

1. High Noon Irelia

Released: June 18th, 2020
Price: 1350 RP

Taking first place is none other than Hiiiiggh Noooon Irelia, the baddest, sword-wielding cowgirl around (pff, guns are overrated anyway).

The design team absolutely nailed this skin. The detailing is phenomenal, and the blades are equally impressive; each one has a fiery vibe and a gorgeous carved pattern.

The “cape” also looks like demonic wings, giving Irelia a total daredevil aura.

There’s even a bucketload of chromas to explore. And if you’re a star guardian fan, you’ll be pleased to know that the pink chroma pretty much transforms her into a magical girl.

But what gives this skin extra depth?

When High Noon Irelia’s passive is active, her wings and hair become blindingly bright, giving her a “I’m about to decimate your LP” presence.

Clearly, High Noon Irelia is not just the ruler of the Wild West.

She’s the ruler of the whole Rift.
