Cosmo may not be the smartest fairy, or the strongest, or the handsomest, or the most magically talented… in fact, he may be one of the lousiest fairies ever when it comes to all of the above.
But what he does have is heart, and a whole lot of it.
This green-haired fairy is the sweetest, kindest character in the whole Fairly OddParents universe.
And Timmy, Wanda, and Poof would be absolutely lost without his boundless unconditional love and devotion.
Just let Wanda handle most of the spell casting and things should be fine.
If Cosmo is the heart of the Fairly OddParents universe, it’s pretty safe to say that Wanda is the brain, offering constant moral and rational guidance.
Even if her warnings often go unheeded, she still manages to keep things from spiraling too far into chaos, most of the time.
