Arlo starts off as a stern character that never smiles, but slowly warms up to the player. He will win you over with his determination and big heart.

Arlo is also one of the bachelors in Portia that you can marry.

Arlo’s relationship perks are some of the best in the game. He will give you a better chance during attack encounters and more loot from commissions.

Arlo’s Relationship perks at each level are:

Buddy: You will receive +5 Attack Points

Friend: You will receive +10 Attack Points

Lover: You will receive an extra 10% in Critical Chance

Husband:

More loot will be revied when completing Civil Corps commissions
50% bonus on all materials commissioned by Civil Corps

Missions

Training for the Flying Pigs Mission / My Time at Portia — Training for the Flying Pigs Mission

As Arlo is deeply invested in his work for The Civil Corps, much of his missions involve helping him keep Portia safe.

If you’re wanting to romance Arlo, you’ll have to decide if his relationship with Nora can continue. Things may get a bit spicy!

These are a few missions that you can complete that will help you gain Relationship Points with Arlo:

A New Training Dummy

The Training Dummy in the Civil Corps HQ was broken due to Arlo’s constant use. He asks that you make him a stronger one. The Training Dummy’s diagram is available at the Research Center.

A Strong Man’s Adventure

Arlo invites you to join him on a mystery trip. Arlo will invite you to go on an adventure in the Eufaula Desert with him.

*This mission will be available after you start dating Arlo.

TIP: Finish the Portia Bridge before dating Arlo; otherwise, this task may be bugged or fail.

Exploring with Arlo

Only after marrying Arlo and gaining access to Starlight Island, this event triggers.

Grand Theft Pickaxe

According to Higgins, you stole his Bronze Pickaxe. How are you going to prove that you didn’t?

Grave Oddity

Strange sounds have been heard coming from the Graveyard late at night recently. Arlo intends to apprehend whoever is responsible for this

Invitation

Nora confessed to Arlo recently. Arlo is looking for your opinion.

TIP: If you allow their relationship, a glitch may arise if you marry Arlo/Nora, where the two of them are still interested in each other

Supporting The Civil Corp

Most of the merchandise in the Civil Corps headquarters’ storage area has expired. Arlo wants your help in the construction of two arm stretchers, a cooking set, and gunpowder.
