Gale is the Mayor of Portia. He takes his job very seriously and hopes to do his best to make Portia a city to be proud of.
Gale is a friendship-only candidate, but he will still give you perks and other advantages for maxing out his friendship.

Has two children, Gust and Ginger
Can be found fishing next to Portia River in his spare time
His butler, Russo, is his fellow veteran and best friend
He used to be much thinner, but gained weight after his wife, Liza, passed away

Friendship Perks
Gale’s Relationship Perks
You cannot marry Gale, so his perks only go up to the level of Good Friend. Each of his perks make the purchasing of land for your workshop much cheaper.
TIP: Try to befriend Gale as quickly as possible to save up on one of your first necessities: expanding your property.
Gale’s Friendship Perks are:
Buddy: You will receive a 10% discount when you buy more land.
Friend: You will receive a 20% discount when you buy more land.
Good Friend: You will receive a 25% discount when you buy more land.
Missions
Gale leading the 19:00 Fireside Meeting
While Gale is not directly involved in many missions, he is the person you will look for to receive several important missions to help Portia.
Gale will be involved in giving you the following missions:
Register workshop
Once you have received your builders licence head to The City Hall and register your workshop with Gale.
The Cave on Amber Island
Go to the cave on Amber Island and fix the generator.
The Debt Collectors
A couple of thugs from a debt collector have asked you to pay back your fathers’ debt.
The Haunted Cave
Gale has asked you to help decorate the new cave in Amber Island.
The Dee-Dee Stops Here
Once all the Dee-Dee transports have been made, Gale will ask you to make some Dee-Dee stops.
The Bassanio Lift
The Civil Corps will ask you to gather the materials needed to fix the Bassanio Lift.
The Poisoned Water
There is a pipe beyond the Bassanio Falls that is leaking toxic goo! The civil corps have asked you to fix it.
Fixing Ack
Gale has asked you to try help fix Ack’s head and leg.
Balloon Bonanza
Gale has asked you to help him build a hot air balloon.
Hot Springs Retreat
Gale asks if you can help rebuild the Hot Springs Retreat in the Western Heights.
Trapping Pinecocks
Gale needs you to catch young Pinecocks by making some Advanced Trap Boxes.
During his work as Mayor, Gale has made Portia into a booming tourism attraction that is home to any who may need a place to stay.
He is a friendly and enjoyable character to max your friendship with!
