My Time at Portia: Sam Gifts Guide (Friendship + Marriage)

Sam is one of the female romanceable characters in Portia that you can marry.
She’s an easy-going tomboy who knows how to pack a punch. She’s also one of the three members of The Civil Corps.

Weekly Schedule
Sam is truly dedicated to her job of keeping the town of Portia safe. She never takes a day off!
She can be found patrolling the town on her horse, Teddy, most days of the week.
In between patrolling, you can find her hanging out at Dr. Xu’s Clinic with her best friend Phyllis.

True to her nature, tomboy Sam loves her toys and weapons.
You can win her over quickly by using your Level 2 Worktable to make Cushioned Stools and Triple Barrel Snakebites.
Sam is also one of the NPCs that you can win over by making food! Her favorites are Shrimp and Cheese on Rice, and Special Salmon Fried Rice.
TIP: You can get the Triple Barrel Snakebite Recipe after completing Level 2 of the Sewage Plant

Friendship Perks
Sam’s Friendship perks of extra Resilience are a great help at the beginning of the game when your HP and Stamina are still low.
Her Wife perk can also be useful when you need blue leather or spines quickly.
Sam’s Relationship perks are:
Buddy: You will receive an extra 5% in Resilience.
Friend: You will receive an extra 5% in Resilience.
Lover: You will receive an extra 10% in Resilience.
Wife: Reduces the amount of time it takes The Civil Corps to finish a commission by 50%.

A Mysterious Lunch Fairy
Sam has noticed that someone has been swapping out her lunch for healthy food. She wants you to find out who did it.
Sparring Buddies
Sam is looking for a training buddy to spar with. Try to spar with her!
The Missing Boxing Glove
Sam has asked you to help her find her boxing glove that she lost while patrolling in Central Plaza.
