Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds Shield of Peace (Uses + How To Get)

Using a Shield of Peace gives you a buff that disables all incoming and outgoing attacks. You cannot be targeted by hostile players as long as this shielding effect is active. This also goes both ways though, as you also cannot attack other players once you use it.

This item is great for PKers or Kingdom members who are currently in a war, but are looking to play the game for a while without being interrupted by the enemy Kingdom’s PKers.

What Are Shields of Peace For?

The main use of Shield of Peace is for PKing deterrence. It renders your character not only unable to attack, but also unable to be attacked.

This means your character will be virtually untouchable by hostile players except in the PVP Arena or the Lava Valley.

This item is perfect for PKers who want to grind their Alignment Points through farming monsters instead of using Letters of Repentance.

The Shield of Peace is also useful for players whose Kingdom is currently in a war, as your enemies can PK your character while you’re AFK Farming, for instance.

Where To Buy Shields of Peace

You can only get Shields of Peace from the Honor Medal Shop.

To get there, you must first open your Menu by clicking the icon with three bars located on the upper-right part of your screen:

Main Screen > Menu

Next, click the “Shop” icon located in the bottom-right part of your screen:

Menu > Shop

A cascading menu will then pop out, allowing you to choose between three Shop options — Shop, Summon, & Medals.

To proceed, click the “Medals” icon.

Shop > Medals

Now in your Medals Shop, you’ll need to go to the Honor Medal Shop. That’s where you’ll find Shields of Peace being sold.

Medal Shop > Honor Medal Shop

The Shield of Peace is placed in the far-right section of the Honor Medal Shop page, so you might have to scroll a bit to see it fully.

That’s it! You can now buy as many Shields of Peace as you’d like — provided you’ve got enough Honor Medals, of course.

Shields of Peace cost 50 Honor Medals each, and you can only purchase up to 10 Shields of Peace every week.

Also, remember that you can only use 3 Shields of Peace per day.

Don’t be too cavalier with your purchases, and only use the shields when absolutely necessary.

If you max out your Shields of Peace usage per day, you’ll be completely safe doing non-PVP content like AFK Farming or boss hunts for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

That’s more than enough time — especially if you play in less populated map zones or servers.
