How Do You Get To The Crafting Guild in OSRS?

The Crafting Guild is located south of Falador, just north of Rimmington, requiring Level 40 Crafting (boostable) and a brown apron (or Skillcape) to enter.

This guild is accessible to both free-to-play players and members, although members might find much more use for it.

Teleports & Routes To The Crafting Guild

Crafting Guild location and routes on the map / OSRS

We recommend 5 routes for getting to the Crafting Guild:

  • Teleport with a Skills Necklace (Crafting Guild)
  • Teleport with a Crafting Skillcape
  • Teleport to Falador, over the broken wall (5 Agility) and run south (Yellow)
  • Cabbage Port with an Explorer’s Ring, and run west (Red)
  • Amulet of Glory to Draynor Village, and run west (Pink)

It’s worth noting that you don’t need a brown apron if you have a Crafting Skillcape, as they will let you through the door anyways, and the Teleport option leaves you inside of the Guild itself.

So now that we know how to get here, let’s take a quick look at the activities inside the Crafting Guild:

Items & NPCs in The Crafting Guild

Second floor of the Guild / OSRS

Aside from the usual Skillcape vendor, you will find a Tanner on the second floor.

If you have access to the bank chest below (Hard Falador diary or 99 Crafting), this is the closest Tanner to a bank you will find.

The Crafting Guild offers a total of 6 mould spawns:

  • Amulet mould
  • Bracelet mould
  • Holy mould
  • Necklace mould
  • Ring mould
  • Tiara mould

You might want to grab one of each if you’re an ironman!

Mining Spot Inside The Guild

Mining Rocks location inside the Crafting Guild / OSRS

At the ground floor you’ll find a multitude of Clay, Silver, and Gold rocks for all your Crafting needs.

Of course, you’ll need the required Mining level and a suitable pickaxe to mine them first.

Clay is self-sufficient too, since a water source, pottery wheel, and oven are all available inside the Guild.

On the other hand, you’ll have to look for a convenient furnace somewhere else, since smelting them into bars pertains to the Smithing skill.

This might be a great spot to stock up on ores since it’s never crowded and there’s a deposit box nearby – even if you haven’t unlocked the bank chest.

Cow Pen Outside The Guild

Cow pen next to the Crafting Guild / OSRS

While this spot is available to all players regardless of Crafting level, it may be of interest to crafters due to Cowhides, which are used for crafting armor and can be tanned inside the Guild.

It’s also the closest cow pen to a bank, if you’ve unlocked the bank chest we mentioned before.

Although a bit unconventional, the Crafting Guild has a couple of niches that may fit what you’re looking for.

And if that’s the case, grab an apron and get crafting!
