Vodka can be purchased from three shop locations around the game.
These locations are Funch’s Fine Groceries (in the Grand Tree), the Asp & Snake Bar (in Pollnivneach), and the Lighthouse Store (inside the Lighthouse above the Barbarian Outpost).
Vodka is a consumable drink that can boost strength and lower attack. It also heals 5 hitpoints upon consumption.
All Vodka Shop Locations
The easiest location that is closest to a bank is Funch’s Fine Groceries, located south-east on the first floor of the Grand Tree in the Tree Gnome Stronghold.
There’s 10 vodka in stock, and it’s restocked very quickly.
The NPC that runs this shop is named Heckel Funch.
Alternatively, The Asp & Snake Bar in Pollnivneach also stocks 5 bottles of vodka (pictured below).
The NPC that runs this shop is named Ali the Barman.
And finally, the Lighthouse Store also stocks 5 bottles of vodka as well (pictured below).
This is located in the Lighthouse, which you can find by heading north outside the Barbarian Outpost.
The NPC that runs this shop is named Jossik, and he’s located on the second floor of the Lighthouse.
This shop can only be accessed after the completion of the Horror from the Deep quest.
Vodka Uses in OSRS
One bottle of vodka is used in the Eadgar’s Ruse quest.
Two bottles are used in the Bone Voyage quest.
Also the Gnome Restaurant activity utilizes Vodka among other spirits in cocktail mixing. It’s an ingredient in a wizard blizzard, drunk dragon, short green guy, and a blurberry special.
