TM025 Thunder in Pokémon Radical Red

Thunder TM in Power Plant
TM025 Thunder
Location Hidden in the South-most room inside of the Power Plant.
Description A brutal lightning attack that may also leave the foe paralyzed.
Type Electric

Since this TM is in the Power Plant, we’ll guide you on how to reach the plant and then where the TM is located inside of it.

Starting from the Route 10 Pokémon Center, you want to walk North.

Keep going North until your path gets blocked by a fence, which you want to go around by walking through the gap to its left.

Then head towards the water.

Use Surf and start surfing to the South.

Follow this path until you see the entrance to the Power Plant. Get on land and enter the building.

As soon as you enter the Power Plant, you want to follow the path North going from the first room to the second and eventually the third.

In the third room, you’ll get the option to either go East or South. You want to go South.

The next time you get the choice to continue South or start going East, you want to go East.

As you’re going East, you want to enter the next room you see to your South.

The entrance will be partially blocked by rubble but there will be just enough room for you to go in.

Go deeper in this room by walking East and you’ll find the TM for Thunder on the ground.
