TM069 Rock Polish in Pokémon Radical Red

Before you start after this TM, it’s worth noting that if you already have the HM for Cut and if the ship has set sail then the S.S. Anne won’t be docked in Vermilion anymore. In this scenario you won’t be able to acquire TM069 Rock Polish without using cheats.
If the S.S. Anne hasn’t set sail for you, then go to the Vermilion City docks.
You’ll come across a sailor NPC. Show him your ticket and he’ll let you board the S.S. Anne.
Immediately after entering the ship, you want to head down and then turn left.
Continue heading left until you come across stairs that will take you to the second floor.
After taking the stairs, head down and then turn right where you’ll see a bunch of doors.
The room you want to enter is the fourth door from the left (this is also the third door from the right, depending which direction you’re looking from).
Inside the room, you’ll see two NPCs and the TM for Rock Polish on the ground.
