Location Found in the Underground Path towards Route 7.
Description Odd psychic waves attack the target and deal physical damage.
Type Psychic

Starting from the Celadon City Pokémon Center, you want to head East to exit the city.

Continue going East and enter Route 7.

When the ledge appears in front of you, you want to start going South.

Go all the way down until you see the entrance to the Underground Path. Head inside.

Directly in front of you will be a man and some stairs leading down.

Take the stairs down to the pathway.

As soon as you go underground, you’ll see the TM for Psyshock on the ground hidden behind the stairs.
