TM105 Trailblaze in Pokémon Radical Red

Starting from the Celadon City Pokémon Center, you want to go South.
Keep going South until you see two buildings you can enter to the left of you. Go inside the left-most one to enter the Celadon Game Corner. If the door to the Game Corner is locked then you’ll have to get the Celadon City’s Gym badge first.
Inside the Game Corner, walk North until you see stairs at the top right corner of the room.
If you don’t see any stairs then you’ll have to defeat the Rocket Grunt standing there and interact with the yellow poster on the wall.
Go down the stairs to enter the Team Rocket Hideout.
Once in the Rocket Hideout, head further underground using the staircase in front of you.
Down here, you’ll see another set of stairs leading to the Rocket Hideout Basement’s third floor. Take them.
After reaching the Rocket Hideout 3BF, head directly South.
You’ll see a path with a Rocket Grunt facing your direction.
Defeat the grunt and continue heading down this path until you see the TM for Trailblaze hidden at the very end of it.
