TM109 Superpower in Pokémon Radical Red

TM109 Superpower
Location Found in the Power Plant, in the room filled with rubble and containers.
Description A powerful attack, but it also lowers the user’s attack and defense stats.
Type Fighting

Starting from the Route 10 Pokémon Center, head north towards a white picket fence above you.

Go around the fence by walking through the gap to its left. After going around it, follow the path towards the water.

Use Surf and start surfing to the South.

Follow this path until you see a Pokémon Maniac NPC standing. Get on the ground and start going North.

Enter the Power Plant through the entrance to your North.

As soon as you enter the Power Plant, you want to follow the path North going from the first room to the second and eventually the third.

In the third room, you’ll get the option to either go East or South. Enter the room to your East.

Here, you’ll see a lot of rubble and containers. Walk in between the container barrels to continue going East.

At the very end of this room you’ll see the TM for Superpower on the ground near an NPC.
