The Crafting License is earned by making a Directive and answering a multiple-choice exam. It is required to buy a Crafting Table from Studio Palmo.

You’ll need 200 SEED Points to take the exam, but your points will only be deducted after you pass. You can take this exam by going to St. Eliza at the Rigbarth Outpost.

Requirements

The Crafting License is available early in the game. To unlock it, you need to do the following:

  1. Do the main story event where you have to introduce yourself to everyone in town
  2. After the introductions, talk to Livia and she will tell you to check the task board
  3. Accept the Request that tells you to talk to St. Eliza

Once that’s done, you can now take the Crafting License Exam for 200 SEED Points.
