If you only know Audrey Hepburn as the most enchanting face of cinema in the ’60s, then you’re wrong.
The Belgian-born British actress caught the eyes and hearts of the world when she starred in films like Roman Holiday, My Fair Lady, and Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
After her acting career, she became a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and helped the organization provide aid to developing countries around the globe.
Far from a late-career detour, she dedicated the rest of her life to her humanitarian efforts until one month before her death in 1993.
