TM002 Dragon Claw in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Fuchsia City Pokémon Center, jump down from the ledge and head up.
When the path opens up, start following the path East.
You’ll come across the entrance to a connector leading to Route 15.
As soon as you exit the connector, you want to continue your journey East by following the path.
Keep going East until you come across two twins with pink hair at the start of Route 14, at which point you want to head North right before them.
Continue following the path North, walking past four bikers.
Eventually, the path North will be blocked by a small tree. Use Cut to get rid of it.
Walk through the newly created opening and the TM for Dragon Claw will be in a patch of grass right next to the raid den.
