TM004 Calm Mind in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Vermillion City Pokémon Center, start by heading South-East.
Then follow the path East, walking past the Poké Mart.
Continue heading East, entering Route 11 and running past the Diglett’s Cave entrance.
As you keep heading East, eventually, you’ll reach the entrance to a connector. Head inside.
Inside the connector, just head straight and exit from the other side.
After exiting the connector, walk East to reach Route 12.
Get on the wooden bridge over the water going South. If a Snorlax is blocking your path forward to get on the wooden bridge, then you’ll have to use the Pokéflute you received from Mr. Fuji after rescuing him from the Pokémon Tower.
As you keep going South, you’ll cross a house with a blue roof, indicating you’re on the correct path.
After walking South for a while, the path ahead will be blocked by a small tree. Use Cut on the tree to make quick work of it.
After cutting the tree, walk through the newly-created gap and you’ll see the TM for Calm Mind on the ground in the lower-left corner, hidden in a patch of grass.
