TM049 Leech Life

Found in the Rocket Hideout B4F.
Description
An attack that absorbs half the damage it inflicts to restore the user’s health.
Type
Grass
Starting from the Celadon City Pokémon Center, walk West and then follow the path South.
Going South from the Celadon City Pokémon Center.
Keep going South until you see two buildings with yellow roofs you can enter to the West of you. Go inside the bigger building to enter the Celadon Game Corner. If the door to the Game Corner is locked then you’ll have to get the Celadon City’s Gym badge first.

Inside the Game Corner, go straight until you see stairs at the top right corner of the room.
If you don’t see any stairs then you’ll have to defeat the Rocket Grunt standing there and interact with the yellow poster on the wall.

Go down the stairs to enter the Team Rocket Hideout.

Once in the Rocket Hideout, head further underground using the staircase directly in front of you.

You’ll see another set of stairs leading to the basement’s third floor. Use them to go even deeper in the hideout.

After reaching the Rocket Hideout basement’s third floor, you want to go West and then take the path down to a warp tile puzzle.

Here’s how to get to the other side:
First take the left-most tile accessible to you. Then step on the tile directly South of where you stop.
The first and second tiles you have to interact with.
From there, walk West two blocks, then South three blocks, ensuring you don’t interact with any warp tile.
From this spot, go West till you reach the wall and you’ll be able to interact with two warp tiles to your South. Take the top one (pictured in the next screenshot).
The third tile you have to interact with that takes you to the other side.
Now that you’re out of the warp puzzle, you can follow the path South.

Take the staircase you see leading down to the basement’s fourth floor.

As soon as you reach the fourth floor of the Rocket Hideout’s basement, head North until you see a room to your West.

Go inside the room and you’ll see both a Rocket Grunt as well as the TM for Leech Life.
