TM112 Misty Explosion in Pokémon Radical Red

Starting from the One Island Pokémon Net Center, walk South and take the stairs to your right before continuing East.
Use Surf to get on the water and continue going East until you reach a submerged rock, at which point you want to start going North toward land.
Now continue going North on this path, which you can do by either facing all of the trainers on land or by using Surf to go around the trainers from the right.
Regardless of the path you take, you’ll eventually end up walking past two trainers standing side by side.
This is a sign that you’re on the right path and should continue heading North.
After a couple more seconds of walking North, you’ll walk past the entrance to the Ember Spa and reach more water that you have to use Surf on to cross.
After swimming North, you’ll shortly see an island you can land on. Go up the stairs that will be in front of you when you land to reach Mt. Ember.
Directly in front of you will be a hiker. Approach him and interact with him.
When prompted to, answer the hiker with “Yes” to be given the TM for Misty Explosion.
