HM03 Surf in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Fuchsia City Pokémon Center, you want to start by jumping down the ledge to your right and then walking up.
You’ll shortly see a small tree in between two fences. Use Cut and follow the path.
You’ll see another tree behind the building to your right that you have to use Cut on as well.
After cutting this tree, walk through the gap and enter the building in front of you, which is the Safari Zone.
Entry to the Safari Zone requires you to pay 500 Pokémon Dollars.
Keep in mind that you’ll have to keep yourself from being distracted as players can only take 600 steps in here before being forced to leave.
As soon as you enter the Safari Zone, you want to start by going East.
After walking past the rest house, start going North.
Eventually, you’ll see the entrance to Area 1 that you want to go through.
In Area 1, follow the path East.
You’ll see some small stairs to the North leading to some rocky terrain.
Take them up and then take the other stairs down before continuing West.
When you’re able to, start going North and keep going in this direction as you walk past all the water.
Soon you’ll see another set of stairs leading up to a different rocky terrain.
Go up these stairs and then down from the other stairs to your right.
When you’re able to, head above the rocky platform and follow the pathway going west.
Continue going west until you see the path leading to Area 2 that you want to take.
In Area 2, follow the path West, walking past the first set of stairs.
When you see the second set of stairs, you want to take them to go on a rocky terrain.
Take the stairs going down to the West to get off.
After walking down from the rocky terrain, follow the path North.
Eventually you won’t be able to go North anymore, at which point you want to start going East.
After walking past the tree and bushes, the path North will open up again. Take it and then start following the path West.
When the path forward gets blocked by trees, turn South and keep going down.
You’ll soon come across the entrance to Area 3 that you want to go through.
In Area 3, you want to go West.
After going West for a short while, you’ll see a house to your North. Enter it.
Inside will be a single NPC. Speak with him and he’ll give you the HM for Surf.
