(Mega Abomasnow)
Found in the Frozen Forest, behind the area where the Crabominable is if you haven’t caught it already. Requires Rock Climb and the “Nine Tails of Snow” mission must be activated.
Absolite
(Mega Absol)
Given by the trainer on the West side of Crystal Peak 1F after defeating her. Requires Surf to reach.
Aerodactylite
(Mega Aerodactyl)
Found in Crystal Peak 1F, in the small puzzle room.
Aggronite
(Mega Aggron)
Found in the Lost Tunnels that can be accessed by starting the “Island Saviour” mission by speaking with the mountain climber NPC at Auburn Waterway.
Alakazite
(Mega Alakazam)
Given by the white-haired trainer on Route 11 after defeating him. Requires Rock Climb to reach.
Altarianite
(Mega Altaria)
Given as a reward for defeating Successor Maxima in the Tarmigan Mansion.
Ampharosite
(Mega Ampharos)
Given by the white-haired trainer on Thundercap Mountain 2F after defeating him. Requires Rock Climb to reach.
Audinite
(Mega Audino)
Found in a hidden area in the Seaport City Warehouse that can only be accessed if the “Home for a Hobo” mission is activated. The stone is hidden in the yellow box West of the boulder you have to push to escape from the room.
Banettite
(Mega Banette)
Found in Grim Woods, next to the Raid Den. Accessible only after solving the pressure plate puzzle.
Beedrillite
(Mega Beedrill)
Given by the NPC wearing the purple suit after completing the mission “Weed Whacker.” The mission requires Cut to complete.
Blastoisinite
(Mega Blastoise)
Given by Catherine in the Magnolia Town Cafe, but only on Mondays between 2:00 PM and 4:59 PM.
Blazikenite
(Mega Blaziken)
Given by the Cube Corp Mega Stone Maker after bringing him 5 Fire Gems.
Cameruptite
(Mega Camerupt)
Given by the white-haired trainer on Cinder Volcano 3F after defeating him. Requires Strength to reach.
Charizardite X
(Mega Charizard X)
Found in the Cinder Volcano 2F in the room behind the stone tablet. Accessible only after solving the puzzle.
Charizardite Y
(Mega Charizard Y)
Given by Abimbola in the Magnolia Town Cafe, but only on Tuesdays between 2:00 PM and 4:59 PM.
Diancite
(Mega Diancie)
Given by the NPC directly West of the Crater Town Pokemon Center after completing the “Major Miner” mission.
Galladite
(Mega Gallade)
Found in the Antisis Port. The stone is hidden on top of some brown shipment crates to the East of the area that are only accessible between 12:00 PM and 4:59 PM
Garchompite
(Mega Garchomp)
Found in the Shadow Base Warehouse in Frozen Heights behind a locked door requiring a level 2 Key Pass if you chose Gible as your starter. Otherwise, given to you by Professor Log after completing the “Portal Purge” post-game mission.
Gardevoirite
(Mega Gardevoir)
Found in the Vivill Town Warehouse B2F. The stone is hidden in some boxes.
Gengarite
(Mega Gengar)
Found in the snowy area of Victory Road. The stone is hidden East of the entrance to the room that has Kyurem, in a part of the mountain you have to use Rock Climb to reach.
Glalitite
(Mage Glalie)
Given as a reward for defeating the skiers in Icicle Cave 1F’s slippery ice area.
Gyradosite
(Mega Gyarados)
Given by the trainer standing on the small island in the middle of the Route 13 sea after defeating him. Requires Surf to reach.
Heracronite
(Mega Heracross)
Found outside the Black Ferrothorn building in Antisis City after completing the “The Battle of Antisis” mission.
Houndoominite
(Mega Houndoom)
Found in the Shadow Base B3F. The stone is hidden in the boxes behind the yellow sofa.
Kangaskhanite
(Mega Kangaskhan)
Given by the trainer with the flower hat in Redwood Forest after defeating her with a party consisting of four level 70+ Kangaskhans.
Latiasite
(Mega Latias)
Given as a reward for completing 45 missions if your character is a girl, or for completing the “No Survivors” mission if your character is a boy. Either way, the Ranger in front of the Mission HQ entrance in Fallshore City will give you the stone.
Latiosite
(Mega Latios)
Given as a reward for completing the “No Survivors” mission if your character is a girl, or for completing 45 missions if your character is a boy. Either way, the Ranger in front of the Mission HQ entrance in Fallshore City will give you the stone.
Loppunite
(Mega Lopunny)
Given by the Crush Kin trainers on an island on Route 2 after defeating them. Requires Surf to reach.
Lucarionite
(Mega Lucario)
Given by the white-haired NPC in the North-East side of the Great Desert. The stone is a reward for completing the “Undying Lucario” mission which requires the player to win 2000 battles.
Manectite
(Mega Manectric)
Found on Thundercap Mountain 3F, behind the electric fence. Accessible only after solving the pressure plate puzzle.
Mawilite
(Mega Mawile)
Found in the Icicle Cave 4F in the room behind the stone tablet. Accessible only after solving the puzzle.
Medichamite
(Mega Medicham)
Given by the white-haired trainer South-East of Route 10 after defeating him. Requires Rock Climb to reach.
Mega Rayquaza While there isn’t a Rayquazanite, you can teach Rayquaza Dragon Descent by speaking to the person behind the stall East of the Battle Frontier entrance. This will allow your Raquaza to mega evolve.
Metagrossite
(Mega Metagross)
Found in the Shadow Base Warehouse in Frozen Heights behind a locked door requiring a level 2 Key Pass if you chose Beldum as your starter. Otherwise, given to you by Professor Log after completing the “Portal Purge” post-game mission.
Mewtwonite X
(Mega Mewtwo X)
Given after going to the second floor of any Pokemon Center and entering the following Mystery Gift password: 6ZT5ZX7RN4KK. The Mewtwo you receive will be holding the stone.
Mewtwonite Y
(Mega Mewtwo Y)
Given after going to the second floor of any Pokemon Center and entering the following Mystery Gift password: 4QP1SH1BN8JF. The Poipole you receive will be holding the stone.
Pidgeotite
(Mega Pidgeot)
Given by the trainer looking down from a high cliff on Route 18 after defeating him. Requires Surf to reach.
Pinsirite
(Mega Pinsir)
Given by the NPC who teaches headbutt in Redwood Forest. The stone is a reward for completing the “Numb Skull” mission.
Sablenite
(Mega Sableye)
Given by the trainer on an island South-West of the Route 18 Pokemon Center after defeating her. Requires Surf and Waterfall to reach.
Salamencite
(Mega Salamence)
Given by Arthur when speaking with him in Dresco Town after defeating Aklove in Ruins of Void.
Sceptilite
(Mega Sceptile)
Given by the Cube Corp Mega Stone Maker after bringing him 5 Grass Gems.
Scizorite
(Mega Scizor)
Given by the trainer West of the clown in the Great Desert after defeating him. Requires Rock Climb to reach.
Sharpedonite
(Mega Sharpedo)
Given by the police officer outside the Seaport City Pokemon Center after completing the “Shark Bait” mission.
Slowbronite
(Mega Slowbro)
Hidden in the Beach South of Seaport City. Obtained by interacting with the middle tile on the patch of land surrounded by water.
Steelixite
(Mega Steelix)
Found on a mountain East of the Route 11 Fallshore Beach. Requires Surf.
Swampertite
(Mega Swampert)
Given by the Cube Corp Mega Stone Maker after bringing him 5 Water Gems.
Tyranitarite
(Mega Tyranitar)
Found in the Shadow Base Warehouse in Frozen Heights behind a locked door requiring a level 2 Key Pass if you chose Larvitar as your starter. Otherwise, given to you by Professor Log after completing the “Portal Purge” post-game mission.
Venusaurite
(Mega Venusaur)
Given by Mahina in the Magnolia Town Cafe, but only on Thursdays between 2:00 PM and 4:59 PM.
