The White Trinity, or Trinity Detect, is learned after you defeat Riku for the first time in Hollow Bastion.

This ability allows you to summon a treasure chest (seemingly out of nowhere).

These Trinity Spots are crucial to unlocking certain areas and getting certain treasures. The trinity allows Sora, Donald, and Goofy to lift their weapons and manifest a treasure chest full of goodies – including weapons and synthesis ingredients.

Where Are All The White Trinity Spots?

There are 10 total White Trinities throughout KH1 & KH1.5 where Sora, Donald, and Goofy can use Trinity Detect.

Here’s a list of all locations with screenshots:

Traverse Town (Secret Waterway)

Look in the middle of the waterway passage, where a short tunnel merges with the main larger one.

This will reward you with an Orichalcum.

Wonderland (Lotus Forest)

Find your way through the Bizarre Room until you’re on the side of the wall with 2 wall sconces (unlit lanterns, basically).

You’ll need to defeat all the enemies here first, then light both lanterns. This will cause the blank picture frame to show a painting, which you can jump into. Once you enter the painting it’ll bring you to a closed off area in the Lotus Forest with a White Trinity.

Use Trinity Detect here to get the Lady Luck Keyblade.

Olympus Coliseum (Coliseum Gates)

In the very center of the whole area outside the Olympus Coliseum, you should see a white trinity mark just smack-dab out in the open.

This unlocks Donald’s Violetta staff.

Deep Jungle (Cavern of Hearts)

You’ll have to come back to Deep Jungle for this one, but you might notice it during the cutscene where Sora seals the keyhole.

Land in the camp area, then find your way back to where you fought Clayton. You can now (hopefully) High Jump and Glide your way up onto the ledge to enter the cave.

Then climb all the way up the cave and get back to that room where you sealed Keyhole. Activate the White Trinity in here to get an Orichalcum.

Agrabah (Cave Entrance)

Look around the middle of the floor at the entrance of the Cave of Wonders.

This trinity mark gives you a Comet-G in the original game KH1 for PS2, or in KH1.5/Final Mix you’ll get an Ifrit Belt.

Halloween Town (Moonlight Hill)

Left of the entrance to Moonlight Hill you should see a White Trinity mark next to some broken walls.

In the original PS1 game you’ll get a Comet-G, and in KH1.5/Final Mix you’ll get Puppies No. 67,68, and 69.

Monstro (Chamber 6)

Behind the tallest “step” in this area, look around for the White Trinity – specifically in a low-lying place.

In the original KH1 on PS2 you’ll get a Thundaga-G, and in KH1.5/Final Mix you’ll get a single Dark Matter.

Atlantica (Triton’s Palace)

This one’s easy because you can disembark right into the save spot in Triton’s Throne Room!

Look on the ground in the center of a spiral shell in Triton’s Palace for the white mark. It’ll give you an Orichalcum.

Neverland (Ship Deck)

Get up to the ship’s poop deck (don’t laugh) and look for a white trinity mark on the deck itself.

This will give you a Meteor-G in the original PS2 version, or in KH1.5/Final Mix you’ll unlock Puppies No. 43,44, and 45.

Hollow Bastion (Rising Falls)

You’ll notice a white trinity mark inside that shallow pool where Riku stole Sora’s Keyblade. Probably the easiest way to get here is to disembark at the very first save spot where you enter the Rising Falls, or to land in the Library and backtrack.

In the original PS2 game you’ll get a Firaga-G from this chest, and in KH1.5/Final Mix you’ll get a Thundaga-G.
