HM07 Waterfall in Pokémon Radical Red

Starting from the One Island Pokémon Net Center, walk South and take the stairs to your right before continuing East.
Use Surf and continue going East until you reach a submerged rock, at which point you want to start going North toward land.
From here just follow the path heading north, which you can do by either facing all of the trainers on land or by using Surf to go around the trainers from the right.
Regardless of the path you take, you’ll eventually end up walking past two trainers standing side by side.
This means you’re on the right path.
Shortly after passing the two trainers, you’ll come across the entrance to the spa that you want to enter.
Head North directly after entering the spa.
Then follow the path to the right.
Continue following this path and you’ll eventually come across an old man standing near streams of water. Speak with him and he’ll give you the HM for Waterfall.
