TM040 Low Kick in Pokémon Radical Red

Starting from the Cerulean City Pokémon Center, you want to head down.
Keep heading down until you come across a small tree in between a fence and a bush.
Use the HM Cut to make quick work of the tree and then go through the gap, making sure you don’t accidentally jump down from the ledge.
Follow the path East and turn North when you can’t go straight anymore.
Take the first turn right.
Note: You can also reach this location by walking inside the house that got robbed and then walking out of the back door.
After going right for a couple of seconds, you’ll reach Route 9 with a small tree in front of you.
Use Cut on this tree too and then continue going right. Eventually, the only way to go will be South by jumping from a ledge.
Instead of jumping down from just one ledge, jump down from both of the ledges.
The TM for Low Kick will be at the bottom-left corner, directly under the second ledge.
