Location	Found in the Safari Zone Area 2, West of the Rest House.
Description	The foe is hit with wings of steel. The attack may also increase the user’s defense.

TM047 Steel Wing is found in the Safari Zone, which is at the very northern end of Fuchsia City.

Paying 500 Pokémon Dollars to enter the Safari Zone. / Pokémon Radical Red — Paying 500 Pokémon Dollars to enter the Safari Zone.

As soon as you enter the Safari Zone, you want to start by going East.

After walking past the rest house, start going North.

Eventually, you’ll see the entrance to Area 1 that you want to go through.

In Area 1, follow the path East.

You’ll see some small stairs to the North leading to some rocky terrain.

Take the stairs up and then take the other stairs down before continuing West.

When you’re able to, start going North and keep going in this direction as you walk past all the water.

Soon you’ll see another set of stairs leading up to a different rocky terrain.

Go up these stairs too and then down from the other stairs to the East before continuing East.

When you’re able to, you want to walk above the rocky platform and follow that path towards the west.

Continue going west until you see the path leading to Area 2 that you want to take.

In Area 2, follow the path West, walking past the first set of stairs to your North.

When you see the second set of stairs, you want to take them to go on some rocky terrain.

Take the stairs going down to the West and get off from the rocky area.

After walking down from the rocky terrain, start heading North.

Eventually you’ll see the TM for Steel Wing on the ground right next to a tree.
