Location Found on Two Island, just south of the Pokémon Center behind cuttable tree.
Description Fires a beam of steel from the user’s body. Also hurts the user.
Type Steel

From outside of the Two Island Pokémon Center, you want to start by heading directly South.

You’ll see a tree on your right. Use Cut to make quick work of it and continue on the newly created path.

At the end of this path will be the TM for Steel Beam on the ground.
