Location Given to you by your rival Brendan after winning the double battle in Silph Co.
Description The user hits the foe with two brutal strikes in one turn.

From the Saffron City Pokémon Center, you want to go towards the path directly behind the Pokémon Center.

Keep going straight until you see the Silph Co. entrance. If a Rocket Grunt is blocking the entrance then you’ll have to save Mr. Fuji from the Lavender Town Pokémon Tower first.

After entering Silph Co. Head to the North-East part of the ground floor.

You’ll see an elevator and a set of stairs leading up. Go inside the elevator.

Using the elevator, you want to go to Silph Co. 3F.

As soon as you leave the elevator, head South and you’ll see a room to your left.

If the door is locked then you’ll have to use the Card Key from the fifth floor to unlock it.

Enter the room and step on the warp tile to be sent to Silph Co. 7F.

If you haven’t yet defeated your rival then do so now and move on to the other warp tile to your South.

The other warp tile will send you to Silph Co. 11F, where Giovanni is holding the president captive.

As you walk South, you’ll be stopped by two Rocket Admins, Archer and Ariana.

Fortunately, your rival Brendan will show up to make it a double battle. After winning the double battle, Brendan will give you the TM for Dual Chop.
