TM077 Flame Charge in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Cerulean City Pokémon Center, you want to follow the path West.
Then head Northeast onto Nugget Bridge.
On the way, you’ll see the TM for Flame Charge on the ground east of the bridge. But you won’t be able to get it just yet.
For now, head up and get to the other side of Nugget Bridge.
Head North after getting off Nugget Bridge and turn right. This path will take you toward Phil’s House.
Before Phil’s House, you’ll have to get through the maze. Either defeat or avoid all the trainers here.
Eventually, you’ll get out of the maze where Phil’s House is.
In front of his house you’ll see two ponds. At the bottom of the left pond, there will be a narrow path you can take.
You want to take this path and keep heading straight, as it’ll take you past the maze and to the TM you’re looking for.
After a while, you’ll finally reach the TM for Flame Charge.
