TM057 Charge Beam in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Viridian City Pokémon Center, you want to start going up the path on your left.
As you’re going up, you’ll pass an old man NPC and eventually enter Route 2.
While going North on Route 2, there will come a point where you’ll have to go in between two ledges. Turn right immediately after going through them.
You’ll soon see a small tree.
Use HM01 Cut to make quick work of the tree and open a path here.
Go through the path opened up by cutting the tree and then jump over the ledge South of you (or go down through the gap like a normal person).
At the bottom right corner of this path, you’ll see the TM for Charge Beam on the ground.
