TM099 Wild Charge in Pokémon Radical Red

TM099 Wild Charge
Location Found directly beside the entrance to the Power Plant.
Description The user throws an electrified tackle. It hurts the user a little too.
Type Electric

Starting from the Route 10 Pokémon Center you want to walk North.

 
Following the path North of the Route 10 Pokémon Center. / Pokémon Radical Red
Following the path North of the Route 10 Pokémon Center.
 

Keep going North and walk through the white picket fence via an opening.

Then follow the path east here to get behind the raid den.

Use Surf on the water here and start surfing to the South.

Follow this path until you see a Pokémon Maniac NPC. Get off of your Pokémon to get on land and start going North.

Just to the right of the entrance to the Power Plant will be the TM for Wild Charge on the ground.
