TM103 Sludge Wave in Pokémon Radical Red

After defeating the Elite 4 and becoming the champion, you want to fly to the Route 10 Pokémon Center. From there start by walking up towards the field of grass.
Keep going up until you can enter the gap in the fence and follow this path towards the water.
Use Surf and start surfing to the South.
Follow this path until you see the entrance to the Power Plant. Get on land here and enter the building.
As soon as you enter the Power Plant, you want to follow the path North going from the first room to the second and eventually the third.
In the third room, you’ll get the option to either go East or South. You want to go South.
The next time you get the choice to continue South or start going East, you want to go East.
Continue going East until your path gets blocked, at which point you want to start taking the path North.
Don’t enter any room on the way and just continue walking down the main corridor.
Eventually you’ll see a raid den as a marker that you’re on the correct path.
From the room with the raid den, you want to head towards the West.
Continue following this path and you’ll eventually reach the back exit of the Power Plant.
After you exit the Power Plant from here, you’ll see a secret entrance to Rock Tunnel that only appears after you beat the game.
Head inside and follow the path East. If this is your first time here then you’ll have to defeat Falkner too.
Continue walking East, and you’ll eventually see the TM for Sludge Wave in the corner of the room at the very top-right corner of this area.
