Starting outside of the Celadon City Pokémon Center, you want to head left.
Continue going left, passing the trainer and his Lucario.
Walk past the fountain and then start going left.
Continue going left, leaving the city, and entering Route 16.
Keep going left and you’ll see the entrance to a connector that you want to take.
If there’s a Snorlax in front of you then you’ll have to save Mr. Fuji from the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town first.
Inside the connector, you can only exit from the other side if you have a bicycle. If you don’t, then you’ll have to pick up the bicycle token from Vermillion City and then trade that in for a bicycle from Celadon City.
After exiting from the other side of the connector, you’ll have to go over a bit and then South.
You’ll also have to face a couple of mandatory trainers if this is your first time here.
Ride your bicycle along the fence as you’re going South, and you’ll see the TM for Heat Crash on the ground just above a patch of tall grass.
