Kimahri can learn new Overdrives by using Lancet on certain fiends. Lancet is an ability that absorbs a small amount of HP and MP from its target, but has the bonus effect of learning enemy skills when used by a Ronso.

When Kimahri learns a new Overdrive with Lancet, his Overdrive gauge will fill up immediately. Most of Kimahri’s Overdrives are offensive in nature but he does have a few that can be used for support.

Below we’ve added a table of every fiend that offers a unique Overdrive for Kimahri, along with the exact location of where you can the enemy.

While you can’t really miss out on any of Kimahri’s Ronso Rages, there are some that will benefit you greatly by obtaining them as soon as you can.

For example, Stone Breath can be obtained as early as the Djose Highroad, and can make certain encounters much easier.

The following table lists all of Kimahri’s different Overdrives, along with the enemies you can learn them from & where to find them:

The battle with Biran and Yenke Ronso on Mt. Gagazet is a boss encounter where Kimahri can learn several Ronso Rages by repeatedly using Lancet on them.

Take note that White Wind and Mighty Guard must first be used by Biran and Yenke before Kimahri can acquire those abilities.

As for Nova, don’t forget to acquire it from Omega Weapon since Nemesis is a much harder boss to defeat.
