Location Gift from the girl on the rooftop of the Celadon City Department Store.
Prerequisites
  • Access to Celadon City

From outside of the Celadon City Pokémon Center, begin by going left.

You’ll eventually see the huge Department Store building that you want to enter.

After entering the store, go to the far North part of the ground floor and get in the elevator.

Select the fifth floor and exit the elevator.

After exiting, take the staircase to your left leading to the rooftop.

Speak with the pink-haired girl and she’ll give you the Alakazite.
