TM022 Solar Beam in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Cinnabar Island Pokémon Center, you want to head towards the top-left corner of the island to find the mansion.
After entering the Pokémon Mansion, head North.
At the very top of the room will be a staircase leading to the Pokémon Mansion 2F.
Directly after reaching the second floor, go down and then take the path East, ensuring that the eyes of the Mewtwo statue aren’t glowing.
As you reach the corridor, you want to go North and then enter the upper-left room. Take the stairs inside the room to get to the third floor of the mansion.
On the third floor, the first thing you want to do is interact with the statue and press the hidden switch.
With the eyes of the statue glowing, head East and then enter the corridor to your South.
You’ll see a broken path right before walking past the scientist to your right. Walk off the left side to fall to a different part of the mansion.
Here, you want to take the path South and walk down the staircase to your right in order to reach the basement.
Once you take the stairs you’ll be in the basement. From here, head up a bit and you’ll walk past a blocked room.
Enter the room with the burglar. If you haven’t already battled him then you’ll have to do so now.
Inside the room will be another statue. Interact with it and ensure that the statue’s eyes aren’t glowing anymore.
With that done, walk out of the room using the path to your West.
Follow the path back out until you reach the previously blocked room. Since it’ll be unblocked now, you can head inside.
Enter the room directly to your North to find another Mewtwo statue. Press the hidden switch to make the eyes of the statue start glowing.
With that done, walk out of the room and follow the hallway to your left.
Eventually you’ll enter the room where the secret key to the Cinnabar Island Gym is found. But you’ll see the entrance to another room to your South that you want to go through.
Inside of this room will be the TM for Solar Beam.
