Location West of the Celadon City Pokémon Center is an NPC standing next to a Lucario. Speak to him while having a Lucario follower to obtain the mega stone.
Prerequisites
  • Access to Celadon City
  • Have a Lucario
Mega Evolution Mega Lucario

Keep a Lucario as your follower and then head West from the Celadon City Pokémon Center.

You’ll quickly come across an NPC facing a Lucario. Speak with him.

He’ll ask you a couple of questions, but it doesn’t matter what reply you give as he’ll still give you the Lucarionite after the conversation.
