Medichamite in Pokémon Radical Red

Location On a small island on Route 20, East of a swimmer NPC.
Prerequisites
  • Access to Cinnabar Island
  • Have Surf
Mega Evolution Mega Medicham

From the Cinnabar Island Pokémon Center, start by going East toward the water.

Once you reach the water, use Surf to get on your Pokémon and continue heading East to Route 20.

You’ll swim past two islands, one to your South and one to your North. After you pass the second island, you’ll come across another small island with the Medichamite mega stone on it.
