Location In the bottom-left corner of Route 6, behind a fence. Only accessible by destroying a smashable rock.
Prerequisites
Mega Evolution Mega Pinsir

From the Vermillion City Pokemon Center, exit the city going up and enter Route 6.

As soon as you reach Route 6, before the pond, you’ll see a fence to your left with a gap that you can access by using Rock Smash. The Pinsirite is in the area behind the fence.
