TM012 Taunt in Pokémon Radical Red

Location Found in the Rocket Hideout B2F.
Description The foe is taunted into a rage that allows it to only use attacking moves.
Type Dark

Start from the Celadon City Pokémon Center and head South.

You’ll shortly see two buildings you can enter to the West of you.

Go inside the left one to enter the Celadon Game Corner. If the door to the Game Corner is locked then you’ll have to defeat Celadon City’s Gym Leader, Erika first.

Now, continue walking forward until you see stairs at the top right corner of the casino.

If you don’t see any stairs then you’ll have to defeat the Rocket Grunt standing there and interact with the yellow poster on the wall.

After that, go down the stairs to enter the Team Rocket Hideout.

Once in the Rocket Hideout, head further underground using the staircase in front of you.

After reaching the Rocket Hideout B2F, go down and then start going left.

Eventually, you’ll come across two warp tiles.

Take the warp tile at the bottom.

After you stop spinning, you should be able to see the TM Pokeball on the ground North-East of you.

Take the warp tile directly below you which will give you access to the TM for Taunt.
