TM015 Electroweb in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Pewter City Pokémon Center, head South through Route 2 until you find a gate connector.
Inside the connector, simply head down to exit from the other side and enter Viridian Forest.
Now you want to follow the path South.
Eventually, you’ll come across a brown sign where you’ll have the choice to either go North or South.
Go South through all of the tall grass.
After getting past the tall grass you’ll see a path going West. Follow it.
You’ll shortly come across some smashable rocks. Instead of interacting with them, go North.
Continue following the path North, fighting the Cool Trainer along the way.
At the very end of this path will be the TM for Electroweb.
