TM048 Meteor Beam
Location Found on Route 12, on a small patch of land you can Surf to.
Description In this two-turn move, the user gathers space power and increases its special attack.
Type Rock

From the Lavender Town Pokemon Center, start by going South.

Continue going South and enter onto Route 12.

After continuing on your path South for a couple of more seconds, you’ll see the entrance to a gate connector.

Keep going South to exit the connector from the other side.

On the other side of Route 12, go down and follow the path on the right.

Eventually, you’ll see a fisherman NPC.

If you stand next to him, you’ll see the TM for Meteor Beam on a patch of land to your South. Simply use Surf to go over and grab it.
