TM023 Iron Tail in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Lavender Town Pokémon Center, start by heading right and then going up the path.
You’ll shortly reach Route 10.
Walk past the Pokémon Maniac NPC, turn right, and then start going North.
Go in between the two gaps created by ledges as you continue going North.
After going through the second gap, you want to turn left toward Rock Tunnel.
Head inside Rock Tunnel once you find the entrance.
Tip: Bring a Pokémon that can use HM05 Flash to make the process of getting Iron Tail easier.
As soon as you enter the cave, go up and then turn right.
Keep walking right until you pass the camper NPC, after which you want to start heading North.
You’ll find TM023 Iron Tail on the ground near the upper-right corner of this path.
