TM031 Brick Break
Location
On the S.S. Anne’s first floor. Inside the second room from the left.
Description
An attack that also breaks any barrier like Light Screen and Reflect.
Type
Fighting
Starting from the Vermilion City Pokémon Center, head South.
Going South from the Vermilion City Pokémon Center.
Continue heading South from the Poké Mart to reach the docks.

Walk on the docks until you come across a sailor NPC. Show him your ticket and he’ll let you board the S.S. Anne.
Note: If you already got the HM for Cut and the ship has set sail then the S.S. Anne won’t be docked. This means you won’t be able to acquire TM031 Brick Break without using cheats.

Immediately after boarding the ship, you want to head down and then turn left.

Enter the second door from the left, just before the two trainers wanting to battle you.

Inside the room, you’ll see two NPCs and the TM for Brick Break at the bottom right corner of the room.
If ‘Jack of all Trades’ was a person it would have to be Hannan. Whether it be games, anime, comics, or even K-Dramas, you name it and Hannan is already a die-hard fan of it. When he isn’t on his bed binging an anime or show then you can definitely find him on his chair either gaming or writing about games.
