TM043 Defog in Pokémon Radical Red

Beginning from the Cerulean City Pokémon Center, follow the path West.
Don’t follow the path to Route 4. Instead, you want to take the path heading up onto Nugget Bridge.
Run past all of the Nugget Bridge trainers until you reach the other end of the bridge.
Head straight after getting off Nugget Bridge and then turn right toward the grass maze.
Continue walking through the maze, defeating or avoiding all the trainers you can.
Eventually, you’ll see the TM for Defog near a camper and a hiker, but you’ll need the HM for Cut to get to it.
Alternatively, if it’s the first time you’re completing the grass maze, you can have the camper walk toward you to challenge you to a battle. This will open the path up for you to claim Defog without the use of any HM.
