Location In the Pewter City Museum after defeating Falkner.
Description Restores up to half of the user’s max health.
Type Flying

Starting from the Pewter City Pokémon Center, follow the path heading North.

Walk past the Poké Mart and continue following the path North until it starts going West.

The big building you see is the Pewter City Museum. Head inside.

As soon as you head inside, you’ll see a staircase leading up. Use it to go to the second floor.

On the other side of the room on the 2nd floor, you’ll see Falkner facing a fossil exhibition.

Speaking with him will start a battle, and after you defeat him you’ll get the TM for Roost.
