TM058 Rising Volt in Pokémon Radical Red

TM058 Rising Volt is found in the Safari Zone, which is at the northern end of Fuchsia City. You’ll be required to pay 500 Pokémon Dollars to enter.
And you can only take 600 steps in this area before being asked to leave so try not to get distracted.
As soon as you enter the Safari Zone, you want to start by going East.
After walking past the rest house, start going North.
Eventually, you’ll see the entrance to Area 1 that you want to go through.
In Area 1, follow the only path in front of you, which is East.
You’ll see some small stairs to the North leading to some rocky terrain.
Take them up, go left a bit, and then take the other stairs down before continuing West.
When you’re able to, start going North and keep going in this direction as you walk past all the water.
Soon you’ll see another set of stairs leading up to a different rocky terrain.
Go up these stairs too and then down from the other stairs before continuing East.
When you’re able to, you want to start heading North.
After walking past the rocky area, start going to the left.
Continue going this way until you see a brown trainer tips sign. The TM for Rising Volt will be on the path behind the sign.
